Thank's for dropping by! I'm Bree, a 650 hour yoga alliance certified teacher and holistic nutritionist specialising in plant based nutrition. Based in Fort Kochi, India you can find me teaching at Loving Earth Yoga Studio a nurturing and wholesome space where I offer a variety of classes and workshops to suit ALL bodies ranging from aerial yoga, hatha, dynamic yang focused vinyasa, slow restorative, yin for stress release and emotional blockages, and yoga for women's health. I am extremely passionate about all things yoga, wellness, health and healing with plants and I hope to share all the wonderful benefits through mind, body, breath that I have personally experienced through yoga and a holistic lifestyle.
